This resin floor, incorporates the best epoxy resin available in the Australian market: Industrial grade – 100% solids, (unlike inferior products either water based or solvent based provided by some competitors). In contrast to the Deco Flaky Flooring System, the entire surface is covered with vinyl flakes, then coated with a clear top coat which is a high performance polyurethane finish.
The Full Flakes Flooring System is characterised by the colour of the floor given by the blend of the vinyl flakes, not by the epoxy resin. This system is ideal in garages or spaces subject to UV light exposure, for examples where windows are present.

The price includes all materials and labour needed for the installation of your Sydney Garage Floor, surface preparation using diamond grinder machines, dust control devices, removal of dust resulting from slab grinding, cleaning, sundries, epoxy coatings, vinyl flakes and 2K PU clear top coat.

General conditions:
Concrete slab must be at least 28 days old.
Grouting or fixing cracks, damaged concrete, wholes and imperfections will be quoted as required
Decontamination of excessive oil spills may attract additional costs
The garage or area to be treated must be floor empty, charges of $90 per hour apply if the space requires to be cleared.
Substrates subject to rising moisture, will require an additional treatment called moisture barrier not included in the published price.
